Greetings and Salutations to all! I won’t start out by telling you all about myself. (You can find out all about me when you read my book!) Instead, I will welcome you to what I hope will be very long-lasting and gratifying relationships.
 

Let’s take a journey together, while we gain new knowledge and insight into those with mental illnesses and developmental-disabilities. Let’s laugh together as well as cry. Let’s celebrate all individuals! Let’s educate ourselves and then teach one another. Let’s confess our preconceptions and blind spots. Let’s acknowledge special observance weeks and months.​ Let’s share what we learn about new discoveries, breakthroughs, facts, changing perspectives, and technology. Let’s talk about the awareness (or lack thereof) of our special populations.
